Jackie Gee

Jackie Gee grew up around a family-run transport business, spending weekends and school holidays travelling with her father in trucks. Those early experiences shaped her interest in the industry and gave her the foundations that have supported her transport career.

She joined the family business full-time at the age of 20 and has now been a qualified Transport Manager for over 30 years. Her experience spans the transport and logistics sector, particularly two-person multi-drop delivery operations.

After the family business was sold in 2007 following her father's diagnosis with Dementia, Jackie stepped away from the industry for several years to become a full-time mother and carer. She returned to transport after his passing in 2016, first as a Transport Coordinator before progressing back into Transport Manager roles.

In 2021, Jackie began delivering Driver CPC courses on a part-time basis and discovered a real passion for training professional drivers and transport operators. In January 2023, she chose to focus more extensively on training while continuing to expand her qualifications and course delivery.

Today, Jackie is a practicing Transport Manager, professional trainer, and External Transport Manager for operators across the North East, helping businesses maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and operational control.
